Shawn runs our large kitchen with 3 sous chefs and 6 line cooks! They make everything you see displayed in the store: made from scratch daily soups and chili, all of the fresh cut items on the salad bar, the homemade spreads and appetizers, and of course all of the items in our award-winning gourmet-to-go cases! They also prepare all of the selections for our catered events – Shawn has a busy crew!
